We are running a new Food and Produce delivery service for Bali. We are Direct Bali Farms to Clients in Bali and need an office admin and reception and… sort of manager.

If you're open to a challenge of helping us grow, build system and willing to jump in and do whatever is required to get things done…. then we'd love to hear from you.

Initially, it's a small team, however, it will grow fast, so if you have people management skills, that would be a long term benefit.

You will report to the owners directly in our new business, so a variety of tasks will be required…

• Invoicing, Stock control, Order Preparation,
• Digital Marketing & Social Media, FaceBook, Instagram, YouTube,
• Order and Sales Coordination, Delivery Control

You should have skill on Computer, (Mac or PC)

• Microsoft Office
• Word, Excel
• Google Docs

Because our client base is expected to be largely Expat you need to be fluent in several languages…

Languages
Required: English – Written and Spoke 8-9/10, Balinese, Indonesian
If Possible: French, Russian, Chinese,

Social Media – FB, Instagram and YouTube Knowledge (preferred)
