Volunteer Coordinator

We need volunteer coordinators to be able to become organiser/s of volunteers who are members of this movement. One volunteer coordinator will later be in charge of organizing the distribution of work from the Volunteers and also organizing the distribution of food to people in need.

In connection with the Covid outbreak19 which had implications for the economic downturn of the Balinese people in all sectors, we were moved to make a movement to help others by distributing foodstuffs to people with no income to be able to continue eating and continue their lives. Especially for the urban poor, people who lost their jobs, housewives, pregnant and breastfeeding mothers, elderly people and people with disabilities.

The Volunteer Coordinators must be able to use social media, WhatsApp and google applications such as Docs Sheets and Maps, Speaking and writing in Balinese and some English is required.

The Volunteer Coordinator must also be able to manage, determine the schedule and coordinate assistance needed across all areas including staffing, purchase and delivery.

In future, this may convert to a part-time paid role as the level of support increases. Our main aim is to feed and help everyone in this difficult time.

Sehubungan dengan adanya wabah Covid19 yang berimplikasi pada terpuruknya perekonomian masyarakat Bali di segala sektor, maka kami tergerak hati untuk membuat gerakan membantu sesama dengan membagikan bahan makanan ke orang-orang yang tidak berpenghasilan untuk bisa tetap makan dan meneruskan hidupnya. Terutama kepada masyarakat miskin perkotaan, Masyarakat yang kehilangan pekerjaan, Ibu Rumah Tangga, Ibu Hamil dan Ibu menyusui, Orang Tua Jompo dan orang-orang cacat. 

Untuk itu kami membutuhkan Koordinator relawan untuk nanti mampu menjadi koordinator dari relawan-relawan yang tergabung dalam gerakan ini. Koordinator relawan ini nanti bertugas mengatur pembagian kerja dari Para Relawan dan juga mengatur pendistribusian bahan makanan kepada orang-orang yang membutuhkan. 

Koordinator Relawan ini haruslah menguasai social media, whatsapp dan aplikasi google map juga mampu berbahasa Inggris, Bahasa Bali dengan baik. 

Koordinator Relawan juga harus mampu menentukan jadwal dan membuat list bantuan yang diperlukan dalam jangka waktu tertentu sesuai dengan hal-hal urgent dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat yang memerlukan.
